R. Stuart "Stu" Graham
is married and has one daughter. He spends his free time
tinkering with his "toys". Stu lives by the motto: "He who has
the most toys when he dies, WINS!" He is either working on the
Triumph Sprite, The Jeep, The Airplane, The Jet Skis, The Harley's
(yes, his wife rides) or his Golf swing. Stu has been
involved in the broadcast industry since 1973, as both a station engineer and Chief
Engineer for numerous stations. He began in the consulting business in 1978 and
specializes in AM and FM broadcast stations. Stu is also an accomplished
pilot and has his own plane allowing him
to be more flexible and accessible to stations located in rural
areas.
Presently,
Stu is the President of Graham Brock, Inc., a broadcast technical
services firm based on St. Simons Island, Georgia. Graham Brock has
provided engineering services to the broadcast industry since it was
formed in January, 1994. Stu has been active in the broadcast
engineering field since 1973, from station engineer to technical
consultant. He is a graduate of Auburn University (Bachelor of
Science, 1971). In addition, he has certifications from the Federal
Communications Commission, such as general radio/ telephone
operators license #PT6-16440 and was a former holder of an FCC lst
class license. Stu is highly accomplished in the tuning and
operation of directional antenna systems including working with
detuning re-radiating structures or considering such structures in
the design of a directional AM station. Besides providing
engineering services for clients across the continental U.S., Hawaii
and Puerto Rico, he has served on panels for the Radio Broadcasters
conventions and conferences and served as a resource person for the
Georgia Association of Broadcasters.
Jefferson "Jeff" G. Brock
is married with three children (2 girls & 1 boy). He spends
his free time volunteering at the local elementary school helping run
the morning TV broadcasts (which he has done for 8 years) and also
spends a great deal of time either coaching little league
softball/baseball or shuttling kids to and from games. Aside
from that, he has a photographic memory when it comes to SG-1 (StarGate
1), ALL seven seasons. Don't believe me, just ask him! He
also possesses an uncanny ability to recall the call letters,
transmitter information, class, etc. for just about every station he
has dealt with.
Jeff is presently the
Vice-President of Graham Brock, Inc., a nationally known broadcast
technical services firm providing engineering services to the
broadcast industry since its formation in 1994. Jeff has been
active in the broadcast engineering field since 1979. He
specializes in consulting work involving FM, LPFM, TV and DTV
stations which includes applications, allocations, multiple
ownership studies and petitions for rule making. He provides
engineering services for clients across the continental United
States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. As a highly
respected member of the broadcast industry, Jeff has served on
panels for Radio Broadcasters conventions in Georgia, South
Carolina, Pennsylvania and others. He is a member of the National
Association of Broadcasters and the Georgia Association of
Broadcasters and has served as a resource person for the GAB. He
has also been an expert witness in broadcast engineering matters
before civil courts. He also has testified before local planning
boards on tower site matters. Jeff attended the University of South
Carolina. In addition, he holds a radio/telephone operators permit
from the Federal Communications Commission.

Marilyn Matheny is married
with one child (the four legged variety). She spends her free
time with her husband Ron and their dog Murphy relaxing on the back
porch watching the golfers go by while enjoying a small glass of wine.
Marilyn is presently Secretary/Treasurer of Graham Brock, Inc.
She started in the broadcast consulting business in 1991.
Among her duties (besides keeping everybody around here on track -
no small feat in itself), she maintains the operational portion of
the business and is KEY in completing applications and making sure
everything gets done. She is often referred to as the "Ink" in Graham Brock, Inc., since
she is the one that handles all of the money. And truth be
told, she actually runs the place.
Cathy
McKay is
married with four children (1 boy & 3 girls) and two grandchildren
(2 precious little girls). She spends her free time sun
bathing on the beach, reading, crocheting, knitting, and playing the
piano or organ. Cathy has been a key member of the Graham Brock,
Inc. administrative support staff since 2005.
Jessica
Matlock
is married with a daughter, a stepson, a dog and two cats. She
spends her free time reading, fishing, playing fetch with her dog
Jupiter, practicing the art of photography, and driving her daughter
around. Jessica has been apart of the administrative support staff
of Graham Brock, Inc. since 2006.
Tina Augustus
is a mother of two (both girls) and a dog. She spends her free time
reading, writing, playing on the beach, attending imaginary tea
parties and tinkering with her power tools. Tina has been apart of
the administrative support staff of Graham Brock, Inc. since 2008.
